With the Louvre domed ceiling, the architect Jean Nouvel created what he calls “a rain of light.” These splashes of light are designed to shift and change shape from sunrise to sunset, giving life to the museum 🌞

The show stopping feature of the Louvre Abu Dhabi is it’s 590 ft diameter dome // it features a metallic eight layer webbed pattern, allowing light to filter through to the spaces below ✨ total magic.
